Dr. Brad Gilden

PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, FFMT, PRC, CSCS

I was drawn to the medical field early in life after witnessing my older brother rehabilitating a broken leg after being hit by a car. The dedication of the medical team profoundly influenced my desire to help people achieve better health through integrative medicine. Through the past 20+ years of running multiple physical therapy practices, exploring various therapy methodologies, conducting research, and lecturing throughout the world, two things have become very clear to me. The first is that not any single discipline is capable of solving complex medical issues alone, much like taking a village to raise a child. Successful resolution requires an integrative effort between the patient and health care providers. Secondly, providing medical care is not a cookie cutter practice. Every person has a unique history and requires individual attention and education specific to their body. Solving the root cause of a patient's dysfunction is crucial for symptom resolution and return to function. I founded the LIV Institute out of my growing passion and ever increasing need to educate health care professionals and patients about the power of restorative health and how to work together collaboratively. I am excited to be on this journey and share my passion with you.
